Tillandsia capitata (peach form)

A tropical epiphyte native to Mexico, featuring attractive gray foliage arranged in open rosettes approximately 8 inches across. It thrives best when placed in bright light and an area that offers good air circulation. Watering should be done about 2 to 3 times per week to keep it healthy. The plant produces a striking inflorescence that is a delicate light peachy pink with an upright, star-like shape, and small purple flowers nestled in the center. It can be grown either terrestrially, provided the soil has perfect drainage, or mounted for a more natural display.
