Tillandsia jalisco-monticola

Epiphytic members of the bromeliad family. Has large gray open rosette, thin leaves are flushed red, gets a fat squatty orange and green inflorescence, sometimes branched, this selection is singles. Best in full sun or bright shade. Needs excellent air circulation and regular moisture at least three times a week. Can be hosed down or misted, even morning dew may be enough in humid areas. Tolerates a light frost.
