Tillandsia juncea

A narrow leafed species, almost grass like that turns red at maturity in the sun, with 3" soft pink inflorescence and small purple flowers. It forms a large clump, best in a sunny location with good air circulation. Best in full sun or bright shade. Regular moisture at least three times a week. Can be hosed down or misted, even morning dew may be enough in humid areas. Tolerates a light frost.
