Terrestrial Brazilian bromeliads that can be grown in the sun. At flowering the compact plant colors up and produces a nice red flower tight in the rosette. Very long lasting, tolerates abuse well. Makes a tight low clump, makes a nice groundcover or basket. Seeds are black.
