Ti Plant

This very popular selection has a matte green colored broad foliage with a showy red-orange edge that seems to glow. The broad leaves are closely spaced on the upright stems. A favorite of visitors to the garden. One of the best in my collection. A really good grower as well. These are tropical foliage plants with tall canes to 4’ or more. Signature plant of the tropics, in the lily family, commonly called Ti (pronounced tee). Bright shade, but can take more sun in the tropics and at the coast in Southern California.
