Ti Plant

This selection is intermediate in size with broad foliage. It's green with purplish red coloring bleeding in from the edges. A really good landscape plant, looks good when massed. It stays a low with a compact habit. Prefers part shade. Best in amended well drained soil with regular water. Easy to grow from cuttings. These are tropical foliage plants with tall canes to 4’ or more. Signature plant of the tropics, in the lily family, commonly called Ti (pronounced tee). Bright shade, but can take more sun in the tropics and at the coast in Southern California.
