This is a very unusual species of fig with bold white variegation on large broad leaves. Somewhat frost sensitive, best in part shade. Needs good drainage, especially in the winter. Can grow to 20’ or more with time, but usually smaller. It develops small fruit that look like baby variegated beach balls. Rare, from Vanuatu in the South Pacific. Syn. F. a. 'Parcellii'. A collectors plant for sure, can be grown in a container, and brought indoors during the winter in colder climates. It could even be grown as a house plant given enough light and humidity.
