This hybrid is quite different than typical H. rosa-sinensis, the small hanging red flowers are single with double petaloides. More free blooming than species. Can grow to 8' or more. Popular tropical evergreen shrubs with exotic flowers. They all like full sun and warm conditions. Best when slightly dry between waterings, good air circulation and regular feeding.
