Clerodendrum quadriloculare variegata

from $30.00

Variegated Shooting Star

Large tropical shrubs with showy large light-pink flower clusters in the spring. This variegated form has a very showy creamy margin, and a dark bronzy underneath and that makes this an exceptional beauty. More difficult to propagate than the plain species. Likes tropical conditions. It's a clumping perennial shrub, and the suckers will not be variegated and should be removed. Even though it won't survive a hard frost, it's worth growing in colder climates for the foliage alone. I love this plant, it is so stunning in my garden.
