Dwarf Pitch Apple, Dwarf Autograph Tree

What a cool little plant. Green waxy leaves are about an 1" across. Full sun or bright shade. Cold sensitive, dislikes temperatures below 40 F. Popular as a tropical bonsai. Gets aerial roots for a mangrove look, the pretty small light pink flowers are showy. I've never seen fruit on this form yet. The term autograph tree comes from the ability to carve letters into the leaves, which darken and stay until the leaf falls off.
