Frangipani, Plumeria

The classic hawaiian lei flower with a multi-color pink flowers. The petals are wide with a dark pink band fading to light pink. The large orange center has a distinct dark red line center. The petals have a rounded tip, are highly overlapped and a heavy texture. Each is 3" in diameter with a mild rose scent and good keeping quality. These are tropical succulent plants with an open branching structure. They love sun, heat, and regular feeding in the summer. Good drainage is essential, keep drier while dormant in the winter. These tropical shrub have thick stems that root easily once the cut ends have formed a skin. They go dormant in the winter even in tropical regions. They are said be slow, but respond well to regular feeding while actively growing.
