Shingle Plant

Tropical member of the aroid family that is very uncommon. It resembles a Monstera delisiosa but with a solid midrib about 24" long with the leaves split on each side. It will climb trees, but slowly, but will also grow as a large scale groundcover. Can be grown as a houseplant. Syn. Scindapsus decursivus. From Himalaya, India and Indochina.
