Leaves 12" long, 4" wide with an amazing clean variegation splashed from the center midrib. Starts green and yellow, aging to deep green and bright orange-red. 

Evergreen shrubs from Malaysia, known for it's very colorful large waxy foliage. Needs bright light and high humidity to do well. Can grow to 6' tall or more. Best with rich soil and water.
