Evergreen shrubs from Malaysia, with colorful large waxy foliage. Needs fairly tropical conditions to do well. Popular in Hawaii and Florida, but they also seem to do well in some warm microclimates in California. Bright light and high humidity, can grow to 6' tall or more. Best with rich soil and water. Foliage is bright red, orange, and yellow with 2" wide, 7" long foliage with a rounded edge. In the Euphorbia family.
