A small shrubby ficus species with a sprawling habit, the small blunt leaves make it an excellent candidate for tropical bonsai. As far as ficus go it’s not very cold hardy, but should be able to grow outdoors in frost free areas with some overhead protection. Can grow to 3’ or more. Syn. Ficus lingua
