Double White Snow Rose

A Japanese woodland native with very small leaves and very small double white flowers. The flowers are very full and showy. Hardy to just above freezing. Nice in the garden as a sub-shrub, grow it like an Azalea. It grows to about 2' tall and wide. A great specimen for bonsai, the scale and form work really well. Best in part shade with regular water. Needs good drainage, keep evenly moist. Grows well here in Hawaii, did well in California, but doesn't like it too hot or dry.
