Rhododendron longiflorum (R. vireya type)

Tropical cloud forest shrubs, best in filtered sun with perfect drainage, bark or clean cinder. They like to be kept above freezing, with acidic conditions. Light feeding only. This is a species with clusters of long flower, usually apricot (as is this one), but can be pink or red.
